Esports. Built from within.

I build esports organizations that compete, grow and develop a recognizable identity. SORIN is the clearest example of what that work can become.

A track record built on results, not promises.

I’ve worked across recruitment, player development, management, branding, and operations. My goal has always been to help build organizations that are competitive and recognizable, not just active.

With SORIN, that meant assembling and supporting rosters, developing the brand, coordinating staff and helping the organization compete on major stages.

FOUNDER / ESPORTS ORGANIZATION

SORIN.

I founded SORIN at 16 and led its competitive, operational, and creative development. It became my most successful esports project, with championship results and an international presence.

More than a roster.

SORIN changed and grew across multiple chapters. The constant was the work behind the scenes: building the team, developing its identity, and preparing players and staff for bigger opportunities.

THE BEGINNING

Starting SORIN

I started SORIN at 16 and took responsibility for its early identity, recruitment and direction. Building a recognizable team meant more than signing players: we needed people, creative work, and a plan that could last.

COMPETITIVE RESULTS

Two FNCS championships

SORIN reached championship-winning results in Fortnite. Behind the competition was the work of putting together rosters, supporting players, and keeping the organization moving.

NEW CHAPTER

The return

After a pause, SORIN returned with a renewed focus on selective recruiting, stronger creative presentation, and building a more deliberate structure around the team.

DEVELOPMENT

NextGen

NextGen gave emerging talent a path into the organization. It was an extension of the bigger goal: build something players wanted to be part of, not just a roster for the moment.

INTERNATIONAL / 2025

Lyon, France

SORIN players competed at the FNCS Global Championship in Lyon. International competition brought the brand and the team beyond online events.

INTERNATIONAL / 2026

Düsseldorf, Germany

FNCS Major 1 Summit was another major international chapter. Preparing for the event also meant coordinating the details people rarely see, from travel-related logistics to last-minute production problems.

Building an organization means being responsible for more than one thing at a time.

At SORIN, I worked across leadership, operations, and the creative side of the organization. It meant balancing the needs of players and staff with what was best for the team.

It also taught me how to make difficult decisions, communicate clearly, and keep moving when plans changed.
